Services, Applications and Platforms
Power Forms is a Software Solution designed for thr SharePoint Online platform.
Power Forms uses SharePoint services and API's.
Power Forms does not send data to external (external to SharePoint Online) services.
Power Forms licensing information is retained privately and securely by Ocius Technology Group.
Collection of your personal information - Power Forms for SharePoint Online
Personal information is collected in the Ordering System, specifically the Product Order Form for Licensing purposes.
This information may be used by us in relation to marketing, promotions and techincal support. It may be shared with affiliate / partner companys that re-sell our products.
What information is collected
We collect the following:
- Licence Contact Name
- Licence Contact Country
- Licence Contact Phone
- Licence Contact Email
- Licenced Site and/or Tenancy Urls
- Partner or Affliate Identifier
- Any information supplied via the Support Channel, such as Form Templates, Issue Reports and customer correspondence.
- Testimonials
- Credit Card numbers
- User activity within Power Forms
- User data, form submissions, application metrics.
Data Storage, Deletion and Retention
Licensing and Support information is encrypted in Transit and at Rest.
All effort is maintained to ensure data is kept confidential.
Data is held for at least 7 years before being deleted.
Sharing of your personal information
We do not sell company or personal data.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that any company or personal data (if any) is kept safe.
Personal information is not shared publicly without express permission from you (such in the event of a Testimonial).

We reserve the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know.
